摘要
本文论述了我国医院岗位评价的研究现状及应用,并以要素计点法为例,具体论述了医院岗位评价的操作过程及指标体系的构建,以及岗位评价实施过程中应注意的问题。
The writer of the article discussed the present research situation and application of post evaluation in hos- pitals in China, especially the construction of operating processes and index system of post evaluation in hospitals by means of core factor-grading method and the problems which need to pay attention to in the practice of post evaluation in hospitals.
