摘要
利用南京梅山矿业有限公司铁矿精选后的综合铁尾矿(重选尾矿降磷尾矿)代替铁粉配制水泥生料,在相同率值条件下,综合铁尾矿配制的生料易烧性好,它可降低熟料烧成温度约30℃,烧成的熟料性能优于铁粉配料的。同时,它将消耗大量综合铁尾矿,使铁矿堆场的环境负荷减轻,是一项值得应用和推广的技术。
The burnability of raw materials, which utilized iron-mine tailings instead of iron powder to proportion raw material was better at the same modulus-value. It reduces the sintering temperature of clinker by thirty degrees centigrade. The performance of clinker was better than the one that used iron powder to proportion raw material. At the same time, it would consume a great deal of iron-mine tailings and also lessen the environmental load of iron-mine field. The technology is worthy to be used and spread.
