摘要
本文梳理了重庆工业发展脉络,分析出城市建设与工业发展的息息关系,探讨在城市更新进程中,对于工业遗产的正确态度。从实践出发,针对当前重庆城市规划建设中工业遗产保护和利用中的问题和矛盾,探索城市发展进程中对于工业遗产保护与利用的合理对策,提出保护和再利用的基本思路、措施和方法,平衡保护和开发的碰撞,在利与情的博弈中为城市的健康发展提供指导,为城市的文化进程树立正确发展观。
Through combing the development vein of Chongqing industry, this article analyzed the close relation between urban construction and industrial development, discussed the correct attitude toward the industrial heritage in the process of urban renewal. Aiming at the present problems and contradictions in protection and utilization of industrial heritage in urban planning and construction of Chongqing, the author explored the reasonable countermeasures and proposed the basic idea, measure and method about the protection and reuse of industrial heritage to balance the protection and development, which could provide guidance for the urban＇s healthy development.
