摘要
液压阀块是液压系统无管化连接方式的一种常用方法(又称插装阀),它不仅能简化液压系统的设计和安装,而且便于实现液压系统的集成化和标准化。本文归纳了液压阀块设计的一些要点及几个新的设计思路,包括基于计算机辅助设计的插装阀的设计。由此,简化了设计过程,有利于提高系统的设计精度和系统的可靠性。
Hydraulic Valve Block is a method to connect hydraulic system without pipe frequently. It can not only simplify the installation and design of hydraulic system, but also realize the integration and standardization of hydraulic system. The paper introducesd some main problems and some new design thoughts in the design of Hydraulic Valve Block including the design of Cartridge Valve based on CAD. The research simplified design, which can help improve the precision and reliability of the hydraulic system.
