摘要
制备了室温固化无溶剂聚氨酯防水涂料,探讨了工艺条件对A组分中—NCO含量的影响及A组分中—NCO的含量、固体填料和液体填料的用量、催化剂的种类对涂膜物理机械性能的影响。结果表明:反应温度为75℃、A组分中—NCO含量为6.1%~7.4%、CaSO4晶须用量为20%~25%、石油树脂用量为25%~30%、辛酸亚锡为催化剂时可以获得性能优异的试样,其拉伸强度为6.4MPa,断裂伸长率为463%。
Ambient- curable solvent- free water- proof polyurethane paint is developed. The effect of process conditions on --NCO content in component A is discussed. In addition, the influences of--NCO content in component A, amount of solid and liquid fillers, type of catalyst to the physical and mechanic performances of the coating film are investigated. The results show that excellent performance sample was obtained when the temperature was 75 ~C, NCO content in A component was 6. 1% - 7.4%, CaSO4 whisker amount was 20% -25%, oil resin use level was 25% - 30%, and using stannous octoate as catalyst. Its tensile strength was 6.4 MPa, breaking elongation was 463%.
