Building Scheme of Provincial Electric Power Network Standby Dispatching System （Center）

根据国家电网公司“十一五”期间加强电网调度工作、建设电网容灾备用调度中心的要求，结合我国电网的实际情况和发展需求，具体就备用调度系统（中心）的建设要求、建设地点、场地及环境要求、备用调度自动化系统方案、备用调度通信系统方案，以正在建设中的福建、安徽、浙江等省级工程为基础，提出“十一五”期间省级电网备用调度系统（中心）的建设思路和技术方案。

According to the requirement of SGCC for strengthening electric power network dispatching and building electric power network standby dispatching center, the building idea and technology scheme of electric power network standby dispatching system （center） is put forward primarily combined with the actual conditions and development requirements of state electric power network. It will provide reference thinking relating to the general requirements, location selection, site and environment requirements, standby dispatch automation ＆ communication system scheme for the development and building of provincial electrical power network standby dispatching system （center） in the period of 11 th Five-year.
