大尺寸复杂零件逆向重构再设计应用研究 被引量:4

摘要 随着计算机辅助设计与制造技术的迅猛发展,推动了逆向重构技术的产生与发展。逆向重构技术作为数字化与敏捷制造的一项重要技术,是在无设计图纸或无CAD模型的条件下,从已有零件或产品出发,利用各种数字化技术重新构造CAD模型的过程。通过对大尺寸零件逆向重构技术和反求测量方法的应用研究,将现代坐标测量设备作为产品设计的前置输入装置,可有效提高产品的快速响应能力,丰富了几何造型方法和产品设计手段,完成基于点云数据的模型再设计,从而使制造企业能快速跟踪、消化吸收及二次开发国外先进产品。 The generation and development of inverse reconstruction technology have been pushed forward along with the swift and violent developments of computer aided design and manufacturing technology. To be regarded as an item of important technique of digitalization and nimble manufacturing the inverse reconstruction technique is a process of reconstructing the CAD model by using various digitalized technology and starting from the existing component or product under the condition of lacking drawing papers of design or lacking CAD modes. Through the applicational research on the inverse reconstruction technique of large scaled component and inverse seeking method of measurement and taking the modern coordinates measuring device as the pre-input device of product design, the rapid response ability of product can be raised effectively, the geometric moulding method and the product designing measures were enriched, the redesign of model was achieved based on point clouds data, thus made the manufacturing enterprises be able to following up and digest rapidly and making secondary development on the foreign advanced products.
