TACE蛋白在动情周期和围着床期小鼠子宫内膜的表达规律

摘要 目的:初步探讨肿瘤坏死因子转换酶(TACE)蛋白在动情周期和早孕小鼠子宫内膜的表达规律。方法:用免疫组化SP法检测动情周期和早孕小鼠子宫内膜TACE蛋白的表达。结果:TACE蛋白在各期小鼠子宫内膜呈规律性表达,动情周期中动情期与其它3期相比表达明显增强(P<0.001),妊娠期比动情期表达显著增强(P<0.001),孕d3、d4、d5、d6与孕d1、d2、d7相比表达显著增强(P<0.001)。结论:TACE可能通过裂解多种细胞表面分子促进子宫内膜同步发育、胚胎粘着、侵袭等过程,在胚泡植入中发挥着重要作用。 Objective: To investigate the expression pattern of tumor necrosis factor - converting enzyme (TACE) in mouse endometrium during the estrus cycle and early pregnancy. Methods: Immunohistochemistry SP method was used to detect the expression of TACE protein in mouse endometrium during the estrns cycle and early pregnancy. Results: The expression of TACE protein was detected in mouse endometrium at different stages regularly. Compared with the other 3 stages, the level of TACE protein expression at estrus was obviously higher (P 〈 0.001 ). The intensity of TACE protein expression during pregnancy was stronger than that of the estrus cycle (P 〈0. 001 ) , and the level of TACE protein expression was higher at d3, d4, d5, and d6, compared with the d1 , d2, and d7 of pregnancy (P 〈0. 001 ). Conclusion: TACE may play important roles in blastocyst implantation with its proteolysis of several cell surface molecules and its promotion of these processes such as endometrium synchronism, embryo adhesion, and invasion.
