摘要
通过TG/DSC分析和正交实验。研究了不同配比下的添加物质对煤粉燃烧性能的影响。TG/DSC分析表明,可选用CaCO3,MnO2和CeO2作为混合添加物质的主要组分。正交实验结果表明,不同配比下煤粉的燃烧速率和燃烧率有很大提高.前5min的燃烧速率提高0.45~0.91mg/min,燃烧率平均提高20%左右;最优化条件是mCaCO3:mMnO2=一0.6:1:1,其中,CaCO3水平的变动对实验结果有显著影响;最优化条件下估算煤粉的燃烧率为53.15%。
In order to improve the combustion of pulverized coal, the influence of different blending ratios of additives on coal combustion is studied by TG/DSC and orthogonal experiments. It is found by TG/DSC analysis that CaCO3, MnO2 and CeO2 can be selected as the main compositions of mixture additives. And the orthogonal experiments of coal powder combustion shows that both burning velocity and combustion ratio of coal can be raised greatly, by 0.45-0.91 mg/min and 20%, respectively; the optimal condition is rn(CaCO3): m(MnO2): m(CeO2) =0. 6 : 1 : 1, and the CaCO3 level change has a remarkable effect on the laboratory results. The combustion ratio under the optimal condition is estimated to be 53.13%.
