摘要
对影响圆盘剪剪切的因素进行了分析,提出了改造溜槽结构和加大溜槽与剪箱的连接强度、变更入口支撑梁结构和安装方式、改造碎边分料槽结构、调整磁力对中设备电磁铁标高、优化碎边剪箱体结构等具体措施,解决了圆盘剪卡钢、跑偏、溜槽断裂、碎边剪刀盘断裂、分料槽堵钢等问题,保证了圆盘剪正常剪切。
With the analysis of the factor which influenced the Side Trimmer,we brought forward a few specific measures such as rebuilding chute's structure, enhancing the connecting intensity of the chute with the box body, modifying the entry supported beam's structure and fixing mode,rebuilding the Scrap Chopper feed divider flute's structure, adjusting the scale height of magnet alignment's electromagnet, optimizing the structure of Scrap Chopper's box body, solved the issues of Side Trimmer steel plates'jamming side, slipping,chute fracturing, Scrap Chopper knife flywheel fracturing, breaking flute steel Dlateslamming and so on, guaranteed the Side Trimmer's normal cutting.
