双波长分光光度法测定复方水杨酸酊的含量

摘要 目的建立用分光光度法测定复方水杨酸酊中苯酚和水杨酸含量的方法。方法采用双波长分光光度法,消除组分干扰,直接测定。苯酚的测定波长为269.5nm,参比波长为327.5nm;水杨酸的测定波长为302.5nm,无需参比波长。结果苯酚的平均回收率为100.4%,RSD为0.93%,相关系数r=0.9995;水杨酸的平均回收率为99.7%,RSD为0.37%,相关系数r=0.9998。结论本法快速、简便,结果满意。 Objective To develop a method for determining phenol and salicylic acid in compound salicylic acid tincture. Methods The dual-wavelength spectrometry method was used for eliminating mutual interference direct determination. Determination of phenol wavelength of 269.5 nm, the reference wavelength of 327.5 nm; smlicy acid in the wavelength of 302. 5 nm with reference wavelength. Results Average recovery rate of 100.4% ( RSD = 0. 93% ) for phenol and 99. 7% ( RSD = O. 37% ) for salicylic acid coefficient of r = 0. 999 5 for phenol and r = 0. 999 8 ofr salicylic acid. Conclusions The method was simple and accurate with satisfactory results.
