氧化钒对钛酸铝材料结构及性能的影响 被引量:9

Influence of V_2O_5 addition on structure and performance of aluminium titanate synthesized from aluminium slag

摘要 用阳极氧化法处理铝型材产生的超细含铝废渣和TiO2为主要原料通过固相烧结合成钛酸铝结构材料,探讨V2O5添加剂对钛酸铝(Al2TiO5)的纯度及微观结构的影响。用X射线衍射仪、扫描电镜及相关分析软件表征得到的Al2TiO5,结果确定V2O5最佳的添加量为1.0wt%,此时钛酸铝纯度为90wt%,晶粒发育完整,密度最高为3.10g/cm3,气孔率为9.8%,抗折强度为28.15MPa。 Aluminium titanate was synthesized from waste aluminum slag,which was a by-product of anodizing oxidation surface treating,and TiO2 by solid state sintering method.The influence of V2O5 additive on the purity and microstrcuture of aluminium titanate was examined.X-ray diffraction(XRD) and scanning electron microscopy(SEM) were used to characterize the crystalline phases and microstructure of aluminium titanate.The results show that the purity of 90% is obtained for the aluminium titanate prepared using the aluminium slag,TiO2 and V2O5 of 1.0wt% as additive,and the bulk density of the aluminium titanate is up to the highest,3.10g/cm,porosity is 9.8% and bending strength is 28.15MPa.
