摘要
采用溶剂提取和柱层析色谱分离,根据化合物理化性质和光谱数据鉴定其结构。结果从枸骨叶中分离得到9个化合物,分别为羽扇豆醇(1)、3,28-乌苏酸二醇(2)、熊果酸(3)、异鼠李黄素(4)、山奈酚-3-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷(5)、地榆苷Ⅰ(6)、槲皮苷-3-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷(7)、异鼠李素-3-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷(8)、冬青苷Ⅱ(9)。化合物7和8为首次从冬青属植物中分离得到,化合物5为首次从该植物中分离得到,同时首次报道了化合物9的13CNMR数据。
C.ompounds were isolated by solvent-extraction together with column chromatography and the structures were determined by spectroscopic analysis. Nine compounds were obtained and their structures were identified as lupeol (1), 12-umine-3,28-diol ( 2 ), ursolic acid ( 3 ), isorhamnetin ( 4 ), kaempferol-3-O-β-D-glucopyranoside ( 5 ), zigu-glueoside Ⅰ (6) ,isoquereitrin ( 7 ) , isorhamnetin-3-O-β-D-glueopyranoside ( 8 ) , ilexside Ⅱ ( 9 ). Compounds 7 and 8 are obtained from this genus for the first time, compound 5 was firstly isolated from this plant. Meanwhile, and the ^13 C NMR data of compound 9 was reported for the first time.
