摘要
应用MSC. Fatigue软件并以应变寿命法分析和得出了阀门用金属波纹管在压力、位移条件下的疲劳寿命。分析了材料的循环性能对波纹管疲劳寿命分析的影响,并且通过波纹管的疲劳寿命试验验证了软件分析的准确程度,从而得到精确的分析结果。
This paper applying MSC. Fatigue software, with the strain life method as primary analysis method, analyze the fatigue life of the metal bellows for valves, getting the fatigue life of bellows under the condition of pressure and movement. This paper analyze the effect of analysis for bellows fatigue life by the material cycle capability, and validate the analysis accuracy of the software by the fatigue life test of bellows, so get the accurate analysis result.
