不同楸树品种(类型)嫩枝扦插生根能力及扦插繁殖技术 被引量:29

摘要 对普通条件下10个楸树不同品种(类型)嫩枝扦插的生根能力进行了比较,选择推广价值较高的圆基长果楸进行正交试验以获得圆基长果楸嫩枝扦插繁殖的最优技术方案。结果表明:10个品种(类型)楸树间的生根进程和生根率差异均显著,梓树和灰楸生根能力最好,生根率达到80%以上;南阳楸、圆基长果楸和豫楸1号生根能力较好,生根率超过50%。圆基长果楸正交试验发现:各因素对圆基长果楸的生根率影响效能的大小依次为激素浓度、激素种类、插条粗度、处理时间、插条长度,圆基长果楸嫩枝扦插的最优组合是用1500 mg/kg的ABT 6号生根粉处理30 s,插条长10~12 cm、粗0.3~0.6 cm。 The rooting ability of ten varieties (types) of Catalpa spp. was studied. The unlignified branch cutting technique for ' Yuanjichangguo' , which was considered as a valuable type to be spread, was analyzed in this paper. It was found that the rooting ability of ' Zi ' and ' Hui' , whose rooting rate reached 80% , was better than other types. ' Nanyang' , ' Yuanjichangguo' and ' Yu ' - 1 also had better rooting capacity because their rooting rate surpassed 50%. The orthogonal test for ' Yuanjichangguo' indicated that the impacting of five factors on rooting rate had a sequence as follows: hormone density 〉 hormone type 〉 cutting coarseness 〉 process time 〉 the cutting length. And the optimal combination for ' YuanJichangguo' was that 1 500 mg/kg ABT 6 powder was used to deal with unlignified branch for 30s, and cutting had a length of 10--12 cm, roughness of 0. 3--0. 6 cm.
