摘要
介绍了先排矸三产品重介质旋流器的试验模型,通过实验室试验,探索了先排矸三产品重介质旋流器的工业可行性,并利用FLUENT软件对先排矸三产品重介质旋流器的流场进行了数值模拟,分析了旋流器内流场的压力、密度和速度分布。
This paper describes the test model of first-to-discharge-refuse three-product dense medium cyclone,through lab test studied the possibility of industrialization of first-to-discharge-refuse three-product dense medium cyclone,and the numerical analogue was done with FLUENT software for flow field of first-to-discharge-refuse dense medium cyclone,analyzed the pressure,density and speed distribution of flow field in this cyclone.
