First-aids and Personal Protection at Chemical Accident Spot

目的探讨重大突发化学事故、化学恐怖事件中大批中毒患者的院前急救措施及个人防护办法。方法回顾总结分析我中心在2007年参加芜湖市突发化学中毒事件医疗卫生救援演练及一例突发化学事故院前急救的抢救资料。结果急救单元在指挥中心的及时调度下,立即赶赴化学事故现场,迅速对中毒患者进行病情评估、分检,并实施院前急救,同时通知医院做好应急准备,为患者的及时治疗争取宝贵时间。结论突发化学事故中对患者的院前急救,要做到积极抢救、共性处理、及时上报,同时要做好自身的防护措施。

Objective To discuss the methods for first-aid and personal protection at chemical accident spot where mass poisoning cases occur. Methods The rehearsal experience of Wuhu City＇s Chemical Poisoning Accidents Emergency Response and Medical Treatment in 2007 was introduced and analyzed. And one case of first-aid of chemical poisoning cases was reported. Results After receiving the instruction from the Command Center, the first-aid team promptly arrived at the chemical accident spot. The team members detected the poisoning eases, classified them and gave the first-aid. Meanwhile, team member informed the hospital that the emergency medical treatment should be prepared to save time for the patient treatment. Conclusion The first-aid at chemical accident spot should be given timely and promptly and the hospital should be informed in advanee to save the suffering＇s life. It is important to make well self-protection at spot.
