重点分析真空箱和主、从动辊加工工艺。设计真空箱压制模具,将U型板与平板焊接结构改为平板一次冲压成型,以保证上表面平面度;设计主、从动辊筒体加工专用刀具,改造机床结构,利用现有设备,有效保证工件形位公差与整机装配精度。
The article emphatically analyzes the manufacturing technology of vacuum box, driving roller and driven roller, designs the pressing mould for vacuum box. In order to ensure the surface flatness, it adopts once compressing forming of flat plate instead of welded structure of U-type plate and flat plate, designs the special processing tools for driving and driven roller cylinder, modifies the machine tool structure, uses existing equipment, effectively ensures the geometric tolerance of the work piece and assembly precision of the whole machine.
