摘要
为更好促进上海市随班就读学校资源教室方案的建设和运作,该文采用了问卷与访谈相结合的方式对上海市13个区(县)开展此项工作的现状进行了调查研究,其内容包括资源教室的基本情况、硬件配备状况、资源教师的基本情况、对资源教室方案的态度、资源教学、资源教室方案的管理和评估等七个方面。调查发现:目前上海市资源教室方案的建设和运作已进入规范发展阶段,取得了一定成绩,但也存在一定问题。针对调查中出现的问题,笔者提出了相应的建议。
This survey adopts questionnaire and interview to investigate the construction and operation of RRP in Shanghai, including the basic information, hardware, resource room teacher, resource room teaching, attitude, resource room administration and evaluation. According to the research, we can tell that the resource room program of learning in the regular Classroom in Shanghai has achieved some accomplishments, however there are still many problems needed to be solved. At last, some suggestions are proposed aiming at the existing problems.
