摘要
本文通过系统分析和简化,建立了石油加氢裂化过程的非线性技术经济模型,并对过程的经济性能进行了分析。全循环操作系统的利润模型为:F=qP_转-1/(1+b)[Bq+G((1-α)/α)q]-A一次通过操作系统的利润模型为:F=q[P_转+((1+b-α)/α)P_(未转)-B/α]-A反应温度和原料油进料量是影响过程经济性的主要工程因素。
Non-linear technico-economic models of HC process were set up through system analysis and simplification.For Extinction Recycle operation scheme,the profit model was: F=qP_(converted)-(1/(1+b))[Bq+G((1-α)/α)q]-A For Once-Through operation scheme, F=q[P_(converted)+(1+b-α)/αP_(unconverted)-B/α]-A The reaction temperature and oil inlet flow were the main engineering factors which affected the process economic properties.
