酒厂曲块粉碎加工除尘系统的探讨

Investigation on Crushing & Dedusting System of Caky Starter in Distilleries

对国内酒厂现有曲块粉碎除尘设备进行分析,提出了双级粉碎、机械输送、双级除尘新工艺,并对除尘系统进行了设计计算。研制出工艺流程合理、设备布置紧凑、单机性能先进的新型酒厂曲块粉碎除尘成套设备,其除尘系统设计合理、操作方便、能够满足曲块粉碎加工要求、车间内粉尘浓度达国家标准。性能试验和生产试验检测表明,该成套设备各项技术经济指标已超过国内现有曲块粉碎除尘设备。

Through the analysis of the existing caky starter crushing ＆ dedusting apparatus in domestic distilleries, the new techniques such as twe-stage crushing, mechanized transportation, two-stage dedusting were put forward, and the design and the calculation of dedusting system were carried out. As a result, advanced caky starter crushing ＆ dedusting apparatus was developed. The newly-invented dedusting apparatus had scientific technical process, compact laying-out, and advanced uniprocessor performance. The use of the new apparatus could meet crushing requirements of caky starter and dust concentration in the plant could achieve national standards. Besides, performance test and production test indicated that the technical indexes of the new dedusting apparatus had exceeded all the existing dedusting apparatus in China.
