摘要 正常眼压性青光眼的眼压在正常值范围之内,却有典型的青光眼性视野缺损及与之相关的视盘改变。现代多数研究认为其发病机制是自身免疫,血管因素,机械因素等多种因素的共同作用。但是,随着对正常眼压性青光眼临床观察及研究的深入,目前对其发病机制仍存在争议。 The patients who have caught normaI tension glaucoma have typical visuaI field loss of glaucoma and the change of optic disc related glaucoma,but the tension still belongs to normaI range statistically. Modern research indicates the normal tension glaucoma is the result of the combining reactions among mechanicaI factors,vesseI factors and autoimmunity de- fectively factors. However, with the study of the normal tension glaucoma and clinical observation the experts have the different oppions to the Pathological mechanisms of normal tension glaucoma.
