摘要
在总结糖尿病肾病临床辨证的基础上,分析了治疗糖尿病肾病的常用中成药及中药组方的规律,以及自拟中药方和单味药的用药特点;总结分析了糖尿病肾病中医微观辨证及临床疗效评价的现状和不足,加强对糖尿病肾病的临床和实验研究,遵循随机、对照、盲法等原则进行科研设计,更客观深入的了解中药治疗糖尿病肾病的深层机理。
This article based on the DN clinical syndrome differentiation, analyses the regulation of Chinese medicine treating DN,and the feature of mon- Chinese materia medica; summarized the DN microcosmic syndrome differentiation current situation and shortage. Considering strengthen research of DN clinical and experiment, obey the random, control and double - blind role, explain the mechanism of Chinese medicine treating DN.
