摘要
介绍了Si元素在纯铝和Al-Zn-Mg-Cu等高强韧合金中的存在形式及其对合金性能的影响,说明了去除杂质硅元素的意义。综述了目前铝及其合金熔体中杂质硅的控制及去除方法,指出偏析法、三层液电解法以及电磁净化法都存在一定的局限性,而合金化法针对低硅浓度的铝合金去除效率较低。
The presence of Si-rich phases in pure aluminum and Al-Zn-Mg-Cu alloys as well as the effect of those phases on the mechanical properties are introduced, and the significance of removal of silicon from Al alloys is highlighted. Several purification methods including segregation method, electrolyzation, electromagnetic separation and alloying are reviewed, but all of them have definite limitations. It is indicated that the alloying method is effective, but it has low efficiency to remove impurity Si from Al melt and its alloys with low Si content.
