摘要
阿卡波糖产生菌经紫外、NTG、DES和亚硝酸等诱变,筛得杂质组分降低的高产突变株SIPI-AK,发酵水平提高35%;优化高产突变株的罐上补料工艺,阿卡波糖的发酵单位达3130μg/ml,杂质C组分的生成受到控制。
An acarbose high-producing mutant SIPI-AK was selected by the treatment of ultraviolet radiation, NTG, DES and HNO2 methods. The acarbose production of this mutant was increased by 35% over the original strain and some impurity components were reduced in its fermentation broth. By optimization of the feeding process, the acarbose titer reached 3130μg/ml and production of the impurity component C was controlled.
