摘要
与传统上使用的导电纤维、金属粉、碳粉等不同,四针状氧化锌品须(T-ZnOw)应用于制备抗静电高分子材料具有密度低、颜色浅、添加量少、化学稳定性好、应用范围广等特点,可应用于制备抗静电工程塑料、抗静电涂料、抗静电纤维等。介绍了 T-ZnOw 的一般物理性质、导电机理及其掺杂改性研究和抗静电应用研究的进展。
The tetra-pod like ZnO whisker (T-ZnOw) can be applied in the polymeric antistatic materials including of antistatic engineering plastics, antistatic coatings and antistatic fibers for its properties of lower density, lighter color, smaller quantity, stapler chemieal characteristics and wider application than other antistatic materials such as conducting fiber, metal powder, carbon powder, etc. It has been progressed of the study of T-ZnOw on doped modifier and application of antistatic materials. The physical properties, conducting mechanics and study development are reviewed.
