基于循环型知识域生命周期模型的知识扩散路径优化研究 被引量:1

摘要 基于项目环境下知识域动态变化特征,拓展线型知识域生命周期模型为循环型生命周期模型.利用知识域依赖关系识别扩散路径,提出基于特定时点上知识域生命周期阶段细化知识扩散路径的路径优化策略,即结合知识域生命周期动态特征修正具体时点上的依赖关系,将扩散路径进一步细分为强化、自然扩散和舍弃三种类型.以信息系统集成项目为应用案例验证优化策略适用性. It develops a linear knowledge lifecycle model to a cycled knowledge lifecycle model on condition of dynamic change in project.It recognizes knowledge diffusion routes according to the dependency relationship of knowledge,then puts forward an optimizing strategy on connection with different phases of knowledge lifecycle at special time,which is dividing routes into three kinds,such as strengthened,in-natural,and abnegated ones.Furthermore,it uses information system integration project as an application case to test the applicability of the optimization policy.
