牙轮钻头滑动轴承间隙的设计及加工控制 被引量:1

摘要 根据多年从事钻头研究的经验,结合钻头理论研究及试验成果,对钻头滑动轴承设计中的轴承间隙进行分析,以期对钻头的设计及加工提供有益参考。对同一轴承大、小轴的间隙应采用相同的尺寸,且在实际加工中将间隙值控制在0.07~0.13 mm为优,其方法是减小牙轮、牙掌轴承尺寸的公差带并在组装过程中对牙轮牙掌进行选配;牙轮窜动量是轴承设计的重要组成部分,C点面间隙是轴承设计的延伸部分,现在最小C点面间隙的设计公称值一般在0.15~0.25mm,实际加工值控制在0.12~0.30 mm,对牙轮窜动量和C点面间隙的加工控制只有选配方法。 According to the experience of drilling bit research work for many years, in combination with drilling theory study and test result, the bearing clearance analysis in designing drilling bit slide bearing is carried out in order to provide valuable reference for designing and processing drilling bit. The clearances for big or small axis of the same bearing should be the same, and it is better to control the clearance value within 0.07~0.13 mm in actual processing. The method is to reduce the tolerance zone of cutter and cone carrier and select them in the course of assembling. The axial movement of cutter is the important part in designing bearing and the clearance at C surface is the extended part. Now the design nominal value of the clearance at minimum C surface generally ranges between 0.15~0.25 mm and the actual processing value is between 0.12~0.30 mm. Only the selection method can be used in cutter’s axial movement and the processing control of clearance at C surface.
