摘要
针对外小内大的深孔瓶腔加工难题,设计了一种伸缩式双刃深孔镗刀系统。运用ANSYS有限元法,对设计的双刃镗刀系统及目前使用的单刃镗刀系统的简化模型进行了有限元分析,得到两种简化模型的前四阶固有频率、振型以及幅值-频率响应曲线,并将二者结果进行比较,证明了伸缩式双刃镗刀系统的正确性及可行性。
A kind of retractable double-cut boring system is studied,which can be used to solve the problem of flask-shaped deep hole machining.There are two kinds of boring system to be comparative studled: single-cut and double-cut .In order to obtain natural frequency of first four mode and amplitude-frequency response curve ,a kind of finite element sofiware-A nsys is applied,4 fier analysised by A nsys ,the results can be used to prove that the retractable double-cut boring system is correct and feasible.
