The Past,Present and Future of Chinese Competition Policy

随着中国《反垄断法》的正式施行,中国竞争政策的基本框架已经形成。本文从历史的角度梳理中国竞争政策的发展历程,从经济政策的角度考察中国的反垄断政策,并从经济政策执行的角度对中国竞争政策的未来进行展望。

With the official enforcement of the Chinese Anti-monopoly Law,the framework of Chinese competition policy has come into being.This paper reviews the development of the Chinese competition policy in a chronological way,probes into the Chinese anti-monopoly policy from the perspective of economic policy and makes a prediction on the future of the Chinese competition policy in terms of its implementation.
