摘要
本文以2-羟基蒎烷-3-酮(2)为手性助剂,与苄胺缩合得到的酮亚胺为中间体,经去质子化、不对称烷基化、转胺反应得到光学活性α-取代苄胺(5),光学纯度为93.9—99.9%;同时2可以肟的形式回收。
An asymmetric alkylation of benzylamine was realized by using 2-hydroxypinan-3-one as a chiral auxiliary to form a chiral ketimine and followed by alkylation and removal of the auxiliary. The optical purity of α-substituted benzylamine thus obtained ranged from 93.9 to 99.9%. The chiral auxiliary 2-hydroxypinan-3-one was recovered as its oxime.
