摘要
女性颜面部黄褐斑是妇科临床常见病症。钱静教授认为黄褐斑的发病机制以肾虚肝郁,血虚夹瘀为主,治疗当以桃红四物汤为基本方辨证加减,施以补肾、疏肝、滋养肺胃等中药,收效较好。
Female＇ s Chloasma Faciei is frequent manifestation in clinica1.Professor Qian Jing held that the main pathogenesis of chloasma is deficiency in kidney and depression in liver,and blood deficiency including stasis.Taohong Siwu Soup can be used as the basic prescription and be modified according different pattern identification to treat it,using Chinese medicines that can enrich kidney,dredge liver and rophoblastic lung and stomach,then the result is satisfied.
