摘要
为满足微波集成电路的需求,设计了S波段中功率铁氧体隔离器。简单介绍了器件的工作原理和结构,论述了铁氧体基片材料的选取、外加磁场的确定及电路设计。在-55^+85℃的工作温度范围内,器件的技术指标为,工作带宽:400MHz,正向损耗α+≤0.5dB,反向损耗α-≥20dB,电压驻波比VSWR≤1.25;平均承受功率10W;外形尺寸为10mm×18mm×10mm(max)。
To meet the requirement of microwave integrated circuit, we designed S-band ferrite isolator with medium power. The operation principle and structure was briefly introduced, and the selection of ferrite substrate, the determination of applied field and circuit design were described. As a result, the isolator was developed featuring a bandwidth of 40MHz, a+≤0.5dB, a-≥20dB, VSWR≤1.25, mean power bandling of 10W and outline dimension of 10 × 18 × 10mm(max) at the temperature range of - 55 to +85℃.
