摘要
基于变异系数法确定评价指标的权重,建立了水资源开发利用程度的模糊贴近度评价模型,分析了其实现步骤,并以西安市水资源开发利用程度评价为例进行了实例验证、探讨。实例研究表明,基于模糊贴近度的城市水资源开发利用程度评价,概念清晰、原理直观、方法简单,能较好地反映实际,可操作性强。
:The fuzzy nearness degree evaluation model for utilization extent of city water resources, in which the variation coefficient method is used to calculate the weight of evaluation indices, is established in this paper. Taking the evaluation of utilization extent of city water resources in Xi'an city an example, the model is verified and discussed. The results show that model is easy to understand and realize and its evaluation result is objective.
