腹内高压对猪血流动力学影响的实验研究

摘要 目的:研究腹内压升高对猪血流动力学的影响。方法:将22只家猪随机分为两组,运用CO2气腹法制作猪腹内高压动物模型,建立气腹后分别在20、30 mmHg压力值下于不同时点测定血流动力学参数[平均动脉压(MAP),中心静脉压(CVP),心输出量(CO),心指数(CI)]参数的变化。结果:两组动物在不同时点的MAP、CVP、CO、CI等比较无显著性差异。结论:腹内高压对猪血流动力学无明显影响。 Objective:To investigate the effect of intra-abdominal hypertension(IAH) on hemodynamics in pigs.Methods:Twenty-two pigs were randomly divided into two groups(both n = 11):IAH-30 group(intraabdominal pressure 30 mmHg),and IAH-20 group(intra-abdominal pressure 20 mmHg).Pig model of IAH was established by injection of carbon dioxide into the peritoneal cavity.Then,the changes in hemodynamic parameters[including mean arterial pressure(MAP),central venous pressure(CVP),cardiac output(CO)and cardiac index(CI)]were recorded at different time intervals at intra-abdominal pressure of 20 and 30 mmHg.Results:There were no significant changes in hemodynamic parameters including MAP,CVP,CO and CI at different time intervals between two groups.Conclusion:IAH has no significant effects on hemodynamics in pigs.
