摘要 利用ANSYS软件模拟了电磁泵电磁铁产生的三维磁场,仿真出电磁铁的磁力线分布情况,计算出磁隙间的磁感应强度大小,与实验所测的值相比较误差为1%,验证了模拟的正确性。并给出了电磁铁磁感应强度总量和分量的分布特征,实现了电磁铁磁场的可视化。 Three dimensional magnetic field was simulated using ANSYS software for electromagnet of electromagnetic pump, the distribution of flux line was simulated, and the magnetic flux density in the magnetic gap is calculated, the error is 1% when compared with the measured value, thus the simulation validity is verified. The total and component distribution of magnetic flux density for electromagnet are also given, thus accomplishing visualization of magnetic field for electromagnet.
