摘要
为了提高自由规程轧制中热连轧机的板形调节能力,提出了热轧宽带钢的机型配置方案。新机型的特点在于轧机的上游机架采用线性变凸度工作辊技术,下游机架使用锥形工作辊技术,全机组采用变接触轧制技术和强力弯辊。生产实绩表明,新机型配置方案使得宽带钢热连轧机板形控制性能大幅提高,能够适应自由规程轧制的需求。
In order to improve the shape adjustment ability of hot strip mills in schedule free rolling, this paper put forward a scheme of the wide hot strip mill type configuration. The characteristic of the new mill type was adopted linearly variable crown(LVC) work roll on upstream stands, taper work roll on downstream stands, and varying contact rolling technology on all the stands. The production data show that the new scheme can improve greatly the shape adjustment ability of wide hot strip mills and can meet the demand for schedule free rolling. Now, the related technologies have been promoted on other wide hot strip mills.
