摘要
以受轴向载荷螺栓连接为例,分析静强度理论指导的设计只设计直径,未设计其他尺寸或结构以及缺乏仿真数据,不能实现优化设计等问题。运用SolidWorks的强大三维造型和工程分析功能,模拟仿真螺栓以不同尺寸和结构工作时的应力和疲劳状态,并依据所得数据完成螺栓的全面定量优化设计,获得了有益的结论。
Based on the example of the axial load bolt, analysis of the static strength of the design only diameter, or the size of the design of the other structure and the lack of simulation data, such issues can not be achieved design optimization. SolidWorks use of the powerful 3D modeling and engineering analysis functions, simulation bolts of different sizes and structures to work stress and fatigue and,in accordance with the data to complete a comprehensive quantitative bolt design optimization, access to a useful conclusion.
