摘要
采用微波消解,电感耦合等离子体质谱(ICP-MS)法测定茶叶中锗、硒元素。对样品前处理方法进行了研究,从消解体系、酸用量、消解程序等方面对微波消解条件进行了优化。在优化实验条件下,方法的检出限为1.7~28.2ng·L^-1,相对标准偏差为3.1%~10.0%,加标回收率为80.8%~95.9%。该方法具有操作简便,快速,灵敏度高,准确度好和同时测定两种元素等优点。
Germanium and selenium in teas were mensurated by ICP-MS. A digestion method was established for germanium and selenium in teas. The microwave digestion condition was optimized from digestion system, proportion of acids and digestion procedure. The de- tection limit is in the range of 1.7-28.2 ng · L^-1 , with the relative standard deviations of 3. 1%-10.0%, and the recoveries are 80.8%-95.9%. The method is simple, rapid and reli- able.
