目的腹腔镜胆囊切除术后的临床观察及护理。方法对2007年4月至2008年5月平顶山市第二人民医院特需外科收治的406例胆囊切除患者进行分析,如术前护理,术后护理,术后并发症的观察等方面。结果406名腹腔镜胆囊切除患者全部治愈。结论得当的护理措施是提高治愈率,减轻痛苦的有效方法。

Objective Peritoneoscope gallbladder excision method clinical observation and nursing.Methods 406 gallbladders patients from May,2008 the Pingdingshan second people hospital special requirement surgical department admits which to April,2007 excise the patient to carry on the analysis,seeks the best nursing measure.If in front of the technique nurses,after the technique nurses,after the technique the complication observation and so on three aspect.Results 406 cases with peritoneoscope gallbladders excise the patients completely to cure.Conclusion appropriate nursing measure enhance the cure rate,reduces the painful the effective method
