摘要
根据猪繁殖与呼吸综合征病毒(PRRSV)的M、N基因、伪狂犬病毒和圆环病毒基因序列设计引物,分别应用RT-PCR和PCR方法对上海金山区某养殖猪场疑似为PRRS的送检样品进行检测,结果证实为PRRSV和圆环病毒混合感染。
Four pairs of primers were designed according to the sequences of PRRS virus' M and N genes, pseudorabies viruss gene and porcine circovirus' gene, and detection of the ambiguous PRRS specimens from a piggery in Jinshan District of Shanghai was carried out respectively by RT-PCR and PCR methods. The result showed that there were PRRS virus and porcine circovirus, but not pseudorabies virus.
