摘要
采用光学金相‘和电子探针分析仪对40Cr压下螺杆的性断裂进行了分析,并探讨了断口的形成机理。结果表明:螺杆端头局部淬火形成的粗大针状马氏体组织具有很大的脆性,使其在开始使用时就发生了沿晶断裂及解理断裂。
The reason of brittle fracture of 40Cr pressing bolt has been analyzed by EPMA and optical metalloscope.The failure mechanism has been also discussed.The result shown that the end of bolt had been quenched to form coarse needle martensite with high hardness and brittleness,resulted in brittle fracture of the bolt with intergranular and cleavage cracking.
