广东不同地区野生或市售五指毛桃中补骨脂素含量的测定

Determination of psoralen in Radix Fici Hirate from different regions and markets in Guangdong Province

目的:分析广东不同地区野生或市售五指毛桃的质量。方法:采用高效液相色谱法,色谱柱为Agilent Hypersil C18(4.0mm×250mm,5μm);检测波长245nm,流动相为乙腈-水(35∶65);流速为1.0ml/min。结果:五指毛桃中补骨脂素在16.0～248.0μg/ml线性关系良好(r=0.9992),平均回收率为102.08%,RSD=2.17%(n=6)。结论:以高效液相色谱法测定五指毛桃中补骨脂素的含量,操作简便,专属性好,可用于五指毛桃的质量控制。

Objective： To analyze the quality of Radix Fici Hirate from different regions and markets in Guangdong Province. Methods： HPLC with Agilent Hypersil C18 column （ 4.0 mm×250 mm, 5 μm） was used, CH3CN-H2O（35：65） was used as mobile phase with the flow rate of 1.0 ml/min, the detective wavelength was set at 246 nm. Results： A good linearity of psoralen was at the range of 16.0-248.0 μg/ml （r=0.999 2） ,the average recovery was 102.08% ,RSD was 2.17% （n=6）. Conclusion： This method is simple with strong specificity ,it can be used for the quality control of Radix Fici Hirate.
