老年2型糖尿病肾病终末期肾衰患者CD_(40)配体表达及意义 被引量：3

摘要 采用免疫荧光标记和流式细胞仪技术,对53例老年糖尿病肾病(DN)终末期肾衰患者(肾衰组)、50例老年2型糖尿病(T2DM)患者(T2DM组)及40例老年健康者(正常组)进行外周血T淋巴细胞亚群表面标记物及其共刺激分子CD28、CD154及可诱导共刺激分子(ICOS)表达分析。结果显示,两患者组CD4+、CD8+明显高于正常组,肾衰组明显高于T2DM组(P均<0.05);两患者组CD4+/CD8+比值明显高于正常组(P<0.05);各组间CD3+比较无统计学差异。与正常组比较,两患者组CD4+、CD8+上的CD28、CD154、ICOS表达均明显升高(P均<0.05),但两患者组比较无统计学差异。与T2DM组比较,肾衰组CD154在CD4+T细胞表达的绝对数较CD8+T细胞更高。提示老年DN终末期肾衰患者CD40配体表达增加,并加重其病情。
