摘要
LB(Langmuir-Blodgett)技术制备了辣根过氧化酶-正十九烷酸LB单分子生物膜.探究其成膜条件(铺展量,亚相的pH,亚相的离子强度),并进行电化学表征.进一步的实验结果显示,HRP-正十九烷酸复合膜中的HRP能保持其对H2O2还原的生物电催化活性,而且能快速地响应H2O2浓度的变化.
LB techology is a convenient method of well controlling the thickness and depositon of monolayer molecule.In this paper,horseradish peroxidase (HRP)- n-nonadecanoic acid complex LB film was prepared by this technology,and the suitable formation conditions of HRP film(amount of HRP, pH of the subphase and ionic strength of the subphase ) were studied according to the experiment results.The film at last was characterized by electrochemistry method.The experimental results also demonstrated that the HRP combined with nonadecanoic acid could retain its bioelectrocatalytic activity for the reduction of H2O2 and that the HRP could rapidly respond to the change of the concentration of H2O2.
