摘要 研究了无机含氧酸NaIO4氧化有机物的化学发光行为,发现H3PO4介质中,NaIO4氧化H2O2会产生弱的化学发光,某些本身具有荧光的物质或多羟基酚类物质存在于这个化学发光反应体系中时,能不同程度地增强体系的发光强度。实验还观察到,一些在体系中反应但不产生发光信号或发光信号很弱物质的试液在沸水浴中加热5~10min,或在试液中加入少量Cu2+或Fe3+并在适当温度下水浴加热5~8min后,反应会伴随着强烈的发光信号。据此,建立了NaIO4-H3PO4-H2O2-有机物化学发光新体系,结合流动注射技术建立了利用该体系进行药物分析的化学发光新分析法。方法的线性范围在1.0×10-9~5.0×10-6g/ml之间,检出限最高可达4.7×10-10g/ml,方法的相对标准偏差(RSD)在2.5~3.7(n=11)之间。 The chemiluminescence (CL) phenomenon of sodium periodate oxided organic matter has been investigated in this paper. The author found that the sodium periodate could reacted with hydrogen peroxide in phosphoric acid medium,and produces soft chemiluminescence signal, but when there were self-fluorescence materials or polyhydrophenols in above chemiluminescence reaction system, it could enhance luminous intensity to produce strong chemiluminescence signal. Further investigation found that in some chemiluminescence systems ,the reaction could not produce chemiluminescence signal or the chemiluminescence signal was very low, hated the solutions in a boil water bath for 5- 10 minutes,or an amount of Cu^2+or Fe^3+ were added to the solution and that solution was heated in a water bath for 5-8 minutes,the reaction could produce strong chemiluminescence signal. Based on NaIO4-HaPO4-H2O2-organic matter chemiluminescence new system,a new chemiluminescence method for the determination of medicine with flow injection technique has been established. The linear range of the method working curves was between 1.0×10^-9 - 5.0×10^-6g/ml. The minimum detection limit of the method was 4.7×10^-19g/ml and the relative standard deviation (R. S. D. ) was between 2.3 %-3.0%(n= 11).
