黄芪注射液对尖锐湿疣脾虚毒蕴证患者相关细胞因子影响的研究

STUDIES ON EFFECTS OF ASTRAGLUS INJECTION ON CORRELATIVE CELLULAR FACTORS IN POINTED CONDYLOMA PATIENTS WITH SPLEEN DEFICIENCY AND PATHOGENS RETENTION SYNDROME

目的:研究黄芪注射液对脾虚毒蕴型CA患者血清细胞因子IL-10、IFN-γ、TNF-α变化的影响。方法:将脾虚毒蕴型CA患者分为黄芪组与白介素组,白介素组予以西医常规加白介素治疗,黄芪组在西医常规加白介素治疗的基础上加黄芪注射液20ml静滴,1日1次,疗程为10天。治疗前后对两组采用ELISA法检测血清IL-10、IFN-γ和TNF-α水平。结果:脾虚毒蕴型CA患者血清IL-10、TNF-α水平显著高于正常人(P<0.01),IFN-γ水平显著低于正常人(P<0.01)。黄芪组IL-10、TNF-α水平明显降低,IFN-γ水平明显升高(P<0.01);白介素组IL-10、TNF-α降低及IFN-γ升高亦有差异性(P<0.05);两组比较均有差异(P<0.05)。结论:黄芪注射液对脾虚毒蕴型CA患者血清细胞因子有明显调整作用。

Objective:To observe the effects of astraglus injection on serum cellular factors IL-10,INF-γ and TNF-α of pointed condyloma patients with spleen deficiency and pathogens retention syndrome.Methods:44 cases pointed condyloma with spleen deficiency and pathogens retention syndrome were divided into astraglus injection and control groups.Control group was given western medicine and IL-2;astraglus injection group was given astraglus injection on the basis of control group.Patients' serum IL-10,IFN-γ and TNF-α were tested by ELISA.Results:Serum IL-10 and TNF-α levels were obviously higher in pointed condyloma with spleen deficiency and pathogens retention syndrome group than those in normal,IFN-γ level was lower significantly;IL-10 and TNF-α levels were lowed in astraglus injection and western medicine groups,IFN-γ was elevated;there was obviously difference between the two treatment groups.Conclusion:Astraglus injection can inhibit the elevation of serum IL-10 and TNF-α in pointed condyloma patients,promote IFN-γ increment.
