摘要
论述了FP2500A型有机肥翻抛机的整体配置、工作原理、技术特点以及关键部件结构设计与参数选定等,所述翻抛机主要由翻抛粉碎系统、作业驱动系统、行走系统、操控系统和机架等组成,其翻抛粉碎系统采用卧式双向对置、组合链动刮板抛送粉碎结构,行走系统采用电力四轮驱动自走式结构;生产试验结果表明该设备具有作业顺畅、运行可靠、效率高、自平衡性能高等特点,实际处理能力155m3/h,翻堆宽度2500mm,翻堆高度850mm,可翻抛的最大团块直径120mm;翻抛后料粒直径小于20mm。
The paper introduced FP2500A type stack-turning machine for organic fertilizer including overall configuration, working principle, technical features, structural design and parameter choice of key components et al. The machine was composed of the parts of conveying-crushing system, operation drive system, propelling system, control system and the machine frame. The conveying-crushing system employed two chain-scraper conveyers which were parallel and moved in opposite direction. And the whole machine was electrically self-propelled by four wheels. The performance test showed that the machine worked stably and swimmingly with high efficiency and good self-balancing. And the checked performance parameters were listed as follows: productivity in practice 155 m^3/h, working width 2500 ram, available height of the organic fertilizer 850 mm, available maximal granule diameter 120 mm, granule diameter after stack-turning below 20 mm.
