摘要 初步研究30sWingate测试的做功与体成分、能量代谢的相关,以及运动后血乳酸恢复特点与个体无氧阈(IAT)的关系。结果显示:30sWingate运动测试中最高功率(PP)与去脂体重、10s测试平均功率有显著相关,相关系数(r)分别为0.962(P<0.01)和0.866(P<0.02);30s运动后30min内各时段的血乳酸恢复百分数与IAT值相关显著(0.80≤r≤0.951,P<0.05),分别建立了用去脂体重推导PP值和用第15min血乳酸恢复百分数推导IAT值的回归方程。经过与国内外有关研究结果的比较、分析认为,通过体成份、30sWingate测试及运动后第15min血乳酸恢复百分数的连续测定,有可能实现有氧、无氧两种代谢能力的一次性测试和评定。 The relationship between body composition, energy metabolism and the power output in 30 sWingate test as well as that between the recovery characteristics of the blood lactate (BL) concentration afterexercise and the individual anaerobic threshold (IAT) were studied. The results indicated that the peak power(PP) during the 30 s Wingate test correlated significantly with the lean body mass and the average power in10 s test. The correlative coefficients (r) were 0. 962 (p<0. 01) and 0. 866 (p<0. 02), respectively. Therewas a significant relationship between the percentage of blood lactate recovery at every time point within 30minutes after the 30s exercise and the IAT value (0. 801≤r≤0. 951, P<0. 05). In addition, regression equations were established to calculate the PP value by lean body mass and the IAT value by the percentage ofBL recovery during the 15th minute of the test. By comparing and analyzing many research results concernedin China and abroad, it was considered that through body composition determination, 30 s Wingate test andsuccessive examinations of the percentage of BL recovery during the 15th minute, the aerobic capacity andanaerobic capacity might be determined and evaluated at the same time.
