摘要
分析了焦化厂自动配煤特点与要求,设计了基于复合控制策略的自动配煤系统。着重介绍了自动配煤系统的实现,给出了基于Fuzzy-PID复合控制的自动配煤系统设计。现场运行结果表明,系统运行稳定可靠、控制精度高,配煤精度在99%左右。
By analyzing the features and requirements of automatic coal blending, the automatic coal blending system based on Fuzzy-PID compound Control strategy is designed. The result of site processing indicates that operation of system is stable and reliable; the precision of coal blending is enhanced to about 99%.
